Refunds & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to be satisfied with your experience, so please contact me regarding any refunds and/or exchanges since these would be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order if you are requesting a refund or exchange. Returns are only accepted if items show no signs of wear or damage.
All original paintings and original 2-d artwork sales are final because these items can be represented accurately by photos and descriptions. All original 2-d artwork and original paintings will automatically be shipped with insurance to protect against damage during transit. If an artwork is damaged in-transit please contact me immediately and we can open a case to recoup the monetary loss.
If refund is granted it will be minus shipping, and the customer responsible for return shipping fees. To be clear: only the price of the item will be refunded.
NOTICE: Custom orders are non-refundable.
Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. I may offer an exchange on a case by case basis, but I urge you to consider carefully how much you love the piece before you buy it.
I am more than happy to answer any and all questions about an item, and even provide more pictures beforehand.
