Shipping Policies

By making a purchase in my shop you agree to the terms listed below:

Ready-made items ship within 1-3 days after payment has cleared. 

Made-to-order items (specified in the item description) require up to one week or more to complete before shipping. Usually the creation time is listed within the items description. 

All jewelry orders are sent via USPS mail with tracking, insurance, and signature delivery, which takes approximately 5-7 days to deliver within the US, and 1 – 6 weeks to deliver to International destinations.

Aside from certain animal remains which I will not ship outside of the US, I will ship just about anywhere in the world. If you are outside of the US, you, the customer, must know and pay your countries custom fees or taxes. 

The customer is responsible for knowing their country's exchange rates, taxes, and customs fees. All prices shown are in $USD. The customer is responsible for all associated import charges to their country

All of my custom forms will have accurate descriptions of contents and will reflect the full value of the items purchased. I refuse to falsify custom forms.

Please message me if you are working within a time restraint and I will try to work with you. In some cases, I may ask a 30% rush fee or send an invoice for a shipping upgrade.
If you require faster shipping please contact me about a shipping upgrade BEFORE you order. This option may not be available for international buyers. 

I automatically insure orders over $150 and add signature confirmation.  My shipping rates reflect the total cost to ship, handle, and securely package your item. This includes: postage, shipping materials, labor, and all associated third party fees. 

I cannot be liable for packages that are stolen or lost in the mail. However, I will do everything in my power to help you track down lost packages. I package my items very carefully and securely to ensure they arrive in the same condition in which they were sent, and I add insurance and signature delivery to protect against mail theft. Once in the post, items are quite literally out of my hands.

For best results: once your order ships, use your tracking link to turn on delivery notifications so that you can stay updated on the status of your order.

If you have a missing or stolen package:
First, double check that you have entered the correct address on your order.
Then, use your tracking number and contact your local post office, and open a case for the missing parcel. In almost all cases, the missing parcel can be located this way.
