Bracelet Size Guide

If your order arrives with any issues, please let us know right away. All orders are covered for 30 days for any structural flaws or loose stones. After 30 days, wear and tear that is a result from regular use will be repaired for a reasonable fee.
We offer a range of jewelry repair services, including but not limited to:
- Bezel/Prong tightening
- Stone replacement
- Chain or bracelet repair
- Engraving services
- Clasp or closure repair

What is your refund/exchange/return policy?
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges:
- Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving the item.
- The item to be exchanged must be in its original condition and unworn.
- Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.
- Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and provide you with store credit for the value of the item.
Returns:

- The item must be in its original, unworn condition, and returned in the original packaging.
