All online orders are packed in a rigid gift box, with a cotton travel pouch, a polishing cloth, and care card. Each order also comes with a hand-written thank you note from Morgaine Faye. Extra postcards and stickers are included while supplies last.

Order Processing

Once your payment has been processed, your order is confirmed and will go immediately into production.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or for customized or special order items such as engraving.

Order Tracking

We provide order tracking information for all shipped orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

Tracking Your Order:
  1. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
  2. Visit the carrier website and navigate to the "Track & Manage" section.
  3. Enter your tracking number in the designated field and click "Track."
  4. You will then be able to view the current status and location of your package.
Enabling Tracking Notifications:
  1. To receive tracking notifications directly to your email or mobile device, you can sign up for tracking updates.
  2. On the carrier website, navigate to the "Track & Manage" section, enter your tracking info, and turn on tracking notifications by providing your email or phone number.
  3. The carrier will then send you updates on the delivery progress of your package, including expected delivery dates and any important status changes.

    Tracking your order and enabling notifications will help you stay informed about the whereabouts of your package and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

    Shipping Methods and Carriers

    We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx to accommodate your preferences and delivery needs. Shipping rates for each service will be displayed during the checkout process. High-value orders will be shipped with ParcelPro. ParcelPro is an insured shipping service that specializes in the security of fine jewelry and precious metals. All high-value orders are insured for their full value, and will require a signature upon delivery. 

      Shipping Destinations

      Please note: All international orders are final sale. We currently offer shipping to many worldwide destinations, including but not limited to the US, UK, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. If you are outside of our current delivery destinations, message and we can provide you with detailed assistance. 

      Shipping to Italy is available by request, however,  there are certain stipulations:

      -The package must be shipped via USPS Priority International mail, estimated cost is at least $45 USD
      -The package is not eligible to be insured.
      -The package will have an invoice describing the contents and value visible on the outside.
      -The package may incur import fees, which you/the recipient are responsible for.
      Due to these stipulations, it is our policy that all international purchases are final sale. If you agree to these terms, email before ordering and we will arrange your shipping details.

        Shipping Fees

        Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and the total value of your order.
        The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
        Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

          Estimated Delivery Times

          Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on the selected shipping method and the destination.
          While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control. we recommend turning on tracking notifications on the carriers website to receive up to the minute delivery updates.

            Shipping Insurance

            We take every precaution to ensure that your package arrives safely.
            For added peace of mind, we provide shipping insurance on all orders over $250, covering any loss or damage during transit.

              International Shipping

              All international orders are final sale. If you need a repair for an international order, please contact us at
              For international orders, please be aware that customs procedures and import regulations may apply.
              These procedures can cause delays beyond our control, and any associated fees or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
              We recommend reviewing your country's customs regulations and contacting your local customs office for further information.

              Please note: All of my custom forms will have accurate descriptions of contents and will reflect the full value of the items purchased. I refuse to falsify custom forms and may cancel your order if you make this request.

              Rush Orders

              Please message us at if you are working within a time restraint and we will do our best to work with you. In some cases, a rush fee may be incurred.

              Missed Delivery

              If you miss a signature delivery, you can reschedule delivery by contacting your local post office using your tracking information.

              Lost/Stolen Packages

              If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us at immediately. All high-value orders are shipped with insurance and signature delivery. Please note: we cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as successfully delivered to the recipient.  

              Damaged or Tampered Packages

              If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please ensure that you save all the packaging materials and take photographs of them immediately. These photographs will be required for insurance claim purposes. Claim lead times can be 5-8 weeks or more. It is necessary for us to resolve these claims before we can proceed with refunding or remaking any outstanding pieces.
