 Use the following size guide to determine your ideal measurements for rings, necklaces, and bracelets. If you have sizing questions or need personalized guidance, email hello@morgainefaye.com.

Please note that the size guide provided is a general reference, and individual variations may occur. It's always recommended to consult with a professional jeweler or try on jewelry in person at one of our stockists to ensure the most accurate fit.

Necklace Length Size Chart

Ring Size Conversion Chart

Ordering Half or Quarter Sizes:
Add the ring to your cart, and go to the cart page and find the order notes section. Type your request for half or quarter size in the text box before you check out.

Important Note:
For all custom rings, and rings with engravings, its recommended to have your finger sized by a professional jeweler. Bracelet Size Guide

1. Measure your wrist size using a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.
2. Wrap the measuring tape or string snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
3. Mark the point where the tape or string overlaps, and measure the length in inches or centimeters.
4. Add additional length based on your desired fit. For a snug fit, add ¼ to ½ inch. For a looser fit, add ¾ to 1 inch.
5. Use the measurement to select the closest bracelet size

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges:

• Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving the item.
• The item to be exchanged must be in its original condition and unworn.
• Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.
• Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and provide you with store credit for the value of the item.

Returns:

• Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be in its original, unworn condition, and returned in the original packaging.
• Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
• A restocking fee of 10% of the item cost, less shipping will be applied.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Note:

• One-of-a-kind, custom, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. International orders are final sale.

How to Request an Exchange or Return:

1. Contact us at hello@morgainefaye.com within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for the request.
3. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return.

Initiate a Return In Your Customer Account:

1. Log in to your customer account on our website.
2. Go to the "My Orders" section, where you'll find a list of your past purchases.
3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
4. Click on the "Return Items" button next to the relevant product.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide details about the return reason and any additional notes.
6. Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it promptly.
7. You'll receive further instructions via email regarding the return process.

Please ensure that all items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return or exchange, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will promptly process your exchange or refund as per the policy mentioned above.

Afterpay Terms

The following terms apply to all orders completed using Afterpay. These terms apply only to Afterpay purchases and supplement the shop’s general policies.

Returns and Refunds for Afterpay Orders

Orders placed with Afterpay follow the shop’s standard return policy. Approved returns must be sent to the return address listed below, and items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Once a return is accepted, the refund will be issued through Afterpay. Afterpay will then adjust or cancel remaining payments according to their internal process.

Refunds for Afterpay orders cannot be converted into store credit, applied to another payment method, or redirected in any other form. All refunds must be processed through Afterpay in accordance with their payment system.

If an order is cancelled before shipping, Afterpay will automatically update or void the associated payment schedule once the cancellation is completed on my end.

Shipping Policy for Afterpay Orders

All Afterpay purchases follow the standard shipping timelines outlined in the shop’s Shipping Policy. Estimated production and delivery timeframes apply equally to Afterpay orders. Tracking will be provided once an order ships.

Shipments are sent to the address provided at checkout. Address changes may not be possible after the order is submitted, so customers should verify accuracy before completing the purchase.

Order Issues and Disputes

If an issue arises with an order paid through Afterpay, customers should contact us directly at hello@morgainefaye.com. If a dispute is opened through Afterpay, the order may be temporarily paused until the matter is reviewed and resolved. We encourage customers to reach out to us first so we may address concerns quickly and directly.

Refund Timing and Adjustments

Once a refund has been issued for an approved return or cancelled order, Afterpay will send the customer a confirmation and update the payment schedule accordingly. Processing times may vary depending on Afterpay’s system, and customers should refer to Afterpay’s notifications for the most up-to-date status.

General Notes

All craftsmanship standards, care instructions, warranties, and general policies apply to Afterpay purchases in the same way they apply to any other form of payment. Afterpay simply acts as an installment payment method and does not affect eligibility for returns, repairs, or customer service.
