The following policies apply specifically to orders completed using Klarna. These terms supersede the standard return and refund policies for Klarna purchases only.

Returns & Refunds

Customers who check out with Klarna have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

To qualify for a refund items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. No restocking fees will be applied. Returns must be shipped to the address listed below.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed with Klarna follow the same production schedule as all other orders. Most made-to-order items ship within 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 3–5 business days. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and may vary based on carrier. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
