DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

These photographs will be required for claim purposes. Morgaine Faye will file a claim with UPS, and the claim processing time usually takes approximately 5-8 weeks. It is necessary for us to resolve these claims before we can proceed with refunding or remaking any outstanding pieces.
